Sam Walker
Sam is an enthusiastic leader and engineer with 15+ years of experience supporting utilities and their largest commercial & industrial customers in energy efficiency, distributed generation, energy engineering, and long-term strategic energy management (SEM). Sam is committed to demystifying and broadening accessibility to energy management, specifically by bridging technical knowledge gaps to drive results.

Wayne is a highly technical engineer with 15+ years of experience in industrial energy efficiency, productivity optimization, energy auditing, and analysis. He has conducted hundreds of audits across all industrial segments. Wayne applies a methodical and detailed approach to develop practical and creative solutions.

Michelle is an experienced energy efficiency professional with nearly 10 years of experience evaluating and implementing utility energy efficiency programs. She possesses strong analytical and research skills that support SEM program implementation.

Michelle grew up in Portland, Oregon where she still lives with her husband and son. Michelle has a B.S. in biological anthropology from the University of Oregon.

Owen is an analytical and process-oriented mechanical engineer, currently supporting Coefficient’s technical delivery, including gas and electric optimization strategies, technical research, and engineering analyses.
